Learn more about the costs, terms, and conditions of leasing office space, the type of environment, and the level of support you can expect.

  • 8am–6pm Mon – Fri and 8am–1pm on Saturdays, though tenants will have access 24/7

  • 3,000-25,000 SF depending on the specific suite

  • Parking is provided at no cost; Internet is a tenant cost; Conference room(s) are available for $125–$600/day, depending on the room(s).

  • Utilities, janitorial, maintenance, tenant services, and other CP Group-provided property management services.

  • Noise levels are expected to be reasonable, as our spaces are designed with a professional work environment in mind.

  • Each space has its own kitchen and break room. Showers are available in the building’s fitness center locker rooms.

  • The location is across from the North Avenue MARTA Station and easily accessible to I-75/I-85.

  • CP Group's onsite property management team will facilitate the moving process. Access to the loading docks and freight elevator will be provided as needed.
