Learn more about the costs, terms, and conditions of leasing office space, the type of environment, and the level of support you can expect.

  • 3 – 10 years

  • 7am–6pm Mon – Fri and 8am–1pm on Saturdays, though tenants will have access 24/7

  • Spec Suites range from 2,600–5,500 RSF

  • Parking is an additional cost and ranges based on reserved or unreserved spaces:

    Reserved: $142/month/space

    Unreserved: $65/month/space

  • Utilities, janitorial, maintenance, tenant services, and other CP Group-provided property management services.

  • Noise levels are expected to be reasonable, as our spaces are designed with a professional work environment in mind.

  • Each space has its own break room. Showers are available in the building’s fitness center locker rooms.

  • The location is highly walkable to surrounding residential and amenities, and offers premier vehicular access to Loop 610 via Post Oak Parkway.

  • CP Group's onsite property management team will facilitate the moving process. Access to the loading docks and freight elevator will be provided as needed.
