Learn more about the costs, terms, and conditions of leasing office space, the type of environment, and the level of support you can expect.

  • 3 – 5+ years

  • 9am–5pm Mon – Fri; Tenants will have access 24/7

  • Move-in ready spec suite range from 2,716 to 7,084 RSF.

  • 1:1,000 SF parking ratio at $230/space/month (unreserved) and $300/space/month (reserved). There is no charge for use of the amenity floor including conference rooms, fitness center, and tenant lounge. Internet cabling/service to be provided by the tenant.

  • Utilities, janitorial, maintenance, tenant services, and other CP Group-provided property management services.

  • Each space has its own break room and kitchen. The building fitness center includes locker rooms with showers and towel service.

  • Granite Tower occupies an entire city block within the northwest quadrant of the Denver CBD, is walkable to Union Station, the 16th Street Free MallRide and is less than a mile from the I-25 corridor.

  • Our onsite property management team at CP Group will facilitate the moving process. Access to the loading docks and freight elevator will be provided as needed.
