    Tenants have access 24/7

  • 3,000-4,000 SF depending on the specific suite.

  • Parking is provided at no cost. Internet is a tenant cost and conference room(s) are available for a nominal fee.

  • Utilities, janitorial, maintenance, tenant services, and other CP Group-provided property management services.

  • Noise levels are expected to be reasonable, as our spaces are designed with a professional work environment in mind.

  • Each space has its own kitchen break room. The building also offers showers in the building fitness center.

  • 5600 Glenridge is well located off the Glenridge connector with direct connection to I-285 and GA 400 and in-town convenience to Chastain, Sandy Springs, Brookhaven, and Buckhead.

  • CP Group's onsite property management team will facilitate the moving process. Access to the loading docks and freight elevator will be provided as needed.
