    7am-6pm Executive Entrance

    Entrances locked Sat, Sun & holidays. Tenants have access 24/7.

  • Spec suites range from 1,700-3,600 SF.

  • No cost for unreserved parking, $75/month for reserved. Internet is a tenant cost.

  • Utilities, janitorial, maintenance, tenant services, and other CP Group-provided property management services.

  • Each space has its own kitchen and break room.

  • Conveniently located on the Glades Road / I-95 Business corridor.

  • CP Group's onsite property management team will facilitate the moving process. Access to the loading docks and freight elevator will be provided as needed.
